In an area of 1.500sqm we built 3 detached villas, fully equipped and dressed in a simple way, which we expect to meet the taste and the needs of all our guests. A four bedroom residence of 160sqm can accommodate 10 persons with comfort.
On the first floor we can find a large living room with modern furniture, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a shower bathroom. Also the large terrace can provide you relaxation watching the pool and the amazing view of Mount Athos all day long.
On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a secondary kitchen with dining table and an extra small living area with double sofa. Finally in the second floor there are two double bedrooms with a shower bathroom.
The residence is bright, very cool (all bedrooms have aircondition) and secure, with armored door and strong frames.
The outdoor swimming pool, surrounded by wooden deck chairs, offers the same unobstructed views. In the wider area, surrounded by low flowers and plants and under a large wooden pergola, there is a covered BBQ, as well as a dining room for 12 people.
Just a 5-minute drive away you are on sandy organized beaches with crystal waters, while the distance from Agios Nikolaos village is where you can shop and enjoy delicious meals in traditional fish taverns and restaurants. For those looking for nightlife, Nikiti village is only 6 km away and offers options for all requirements.
