On a slope of 9 acres, full of olives and fruit trees, at its highest point, we built a stylish, modern residence of 125 sqm with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, able to meet the requirements of one or more families for their summer vacations.
It accommodates 8 people, of which up to 6 adults and 2 children. It has two bedrooms with double beds, one with its own bathroom, a children’s room with two single beds and a large corner sofa bed in the living room, comfortably sleeping 2 adults. A second bathroom serves the needs of the rest, has a large functional kitchen, fully equipped and a huge corner balcony with dining area and lounge. The outdoor area was designed to secure the play of our little friends, complemented by an outdoor pool, capable of enjoying and cooling young and old.
The elevated position of the residence ensures unobstructed views from its large corner balcony in the areas of Posidi and Kalandra, while encouraging you to enjoy the idyllic sunset daily.
Posidi is at a key location at the nose of the peninsula, offering sheltered beaches either boron or south wind. It has crystal clear waters, sandy or fine stone beaches, organized or secluded beaches, friendly service and beach bar prices, taverns, s/m, watersports and many other shops useful for your vacation, three kilometers from the residence
