Welcome in a newly built complex of six residences, each with a private pool and terrace.
The property is located near the village of Nea Fokaia, a small picturesque village on the Kassandra peninsula in Halkidiki. These maisonettes are an innovative proposal for accommodation and relaxation in nature, with the blue sea of Toroneos as a backdrop.
- Main House
Each suite in our accommodation is characterized by its own color. Red, orange, yellow, green, turquoise, blue
Each of the six residences is developed on 3 levels connected by a circular staircase.
On the lower level, which has an independent entrance from the backyard and parking space, is the master bedroom with a double or twin beds and a private bathroom with shower.
On the middle level, where the main entrance of the house is located, is the living room with two comfortable sofas, which easily convert into two comfortable 90×200 beds. On this level is a kitchenette with a kitchen table and two chairs and the second bathroom of the house, also with a shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a small refrigerator and 2 ceramic hobs. Dishes, pots and pans and cutlery are provided, as well as a kettle and an espresso coffee machine. On request you can have a toaster or microwave.
The middle level provides access to a large terrace and private pool. Each terrace is equipped with a row of sun loungers and a table with 4 chairs.
Finally, on the upper level, in the attic, with a magnificent view of the sea, there is a double bed.
Each suite can accommodate up to 6 people.

Κάθε μία από τις έξι κατοικίες αναπτύσσεται σε 3 επίπεδα που συνδέονται με μια στρογγυλή σκάλα.
Στο κάτω επίπεδο, το οποίο διαθέτει ανεξάρτητη είσοδο από την πίσω αυλή και χώρο στάθμευσης, βρίσκεται το κύριο υπνοδωμάτιο με ένα διπλό ή δύο μονά κρεβάτια και ιδιωτικό μπάνιο με ντους.
Στο μεσαίο επίπεδο, όπου βρίσκεται η κύρια είσοδος της κατοικίας, βρίσκεται το σαλόνι με δύο άνετους καναπέδες, που μετατρέπεται εύκολα σε δύο άνετα κρεβάτια 90×200. Σε αυτό το επίπεδο βρίσκεται μια μικρή κουζίνα με τραπέζι κουζίνας και δύο καρέκλες και το δεύτερο μπάνιο του σπιτιού, επίσης με ντους.
Η κουζίνα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη με ένα μικρό ψυγείο και 2 κεραμικές εστίες. Προσφέρονται πιάτα, κατσαρόλες και τηγάνια και μαχαιροπίρουνα, καθώς και βραστήρας και καφετιέρα εσπρέσο. Κατόπιν αιτήματος μπορείτε να έχετε φρυγανιέρα ή φούρνο μικροκυμάτων.
Το μεσαίο επίπεδο παρέχει πρόσβαση σε μια μεγάλη βεράντα και ιδιωτική πισίνα. Κάθε βεράντα είναι εξοπλισμένη με μια σειρά από ξαπλώστρες και ένα τραπέζι με 4 καρέκλες.
Τέλος, στο επάνω επίπεδο, στη σοφίτα, με υπέροχη θέα στη θάλασσα, υπάρχει ένα διπλό κρεβάτι.
Κάθε σουίτα μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι 6 άτομα.
