The villa is located only 800m from Kallithea village and 1,5km away from Afytos village where you can find all kind of shops, taverns, super markets, cafe etc
As we enter the property there is a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a shower bathroom.
As we take the sters up, there are 2 bedrooms with double sofa’s, each one with different balcony with sea view. There is a shower bathroom to assist both bedrooms.
In the last level, there is a loft with a double bed, a shower bathroom and 2 oposite windows which provide sunshine and wind.
All bedrooms and living room have an a/c unit.
